1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 68phjoy online gaming platform, including the website accessible at 68phjoy.org and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform"). 68phjoy is operated and maintained for the benefit of Filipino players in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework in the Philippines.

By registering an account on 68phjoy, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and that you accept them without reservation. Your continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date of such update.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 68phjoy, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are physically located within, the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by 68phjoy or any other gaming operator;
• Online gambling is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you personally;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Age Verification Process

68phjoy conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your eligibility:

• Philippine passport (biometric or older format);
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID);
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID);
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);

68phjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where false information has been provided during the registration or KYC process. Any funds held in an ineligible account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 68phjoy platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on 68phjoy, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number registered to a Philippine mobile network operator (Globe, Smart, DITO, or their subsidiary networks).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68phjoy account login credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Password (OTP) codes issued by 68phjoy for authentication purposes. 68phjoy will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 68phjoy support team immediately via the in-site live chat function.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 68phjoy account. 68phjoy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered players through the account security settings panel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

68phjoy supports a range of Philippine-facing payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on the 68phjoy platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies except where explicitly stated in relation to cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposit Terms

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 68phjoy wallet within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to be credited. 68phjoy does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed on the same banking business day for requests submitted before the applicable cut-off time.

68phjoy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount requested is significant or where the platform's anti-money laundering controls require additional verification steps in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its amendments.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

68phjoy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 years and above only;
• Each bonus offer will specify the applicable wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on games that contribute to wagering requirements — not all games on the Platform contribute equally, and some games may be excluded entirely;
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically;
• 68phjoy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that the offer is being abused or exploited;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using professional betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in the voiding of all bonus credits and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 68phjoy platform operate under clearly defined rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

68phjoy uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems used on the Platform are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or the Platform. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studio environments and operated by licensed game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 68phjoy's technical records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of the interrupted round. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 68phjoy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 68phjoy;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies in live table games;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activities, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 and related legislation;
• Using the Platform if you are an employee, contractor, or associate of 68phjoy, or an immediate family member of any such individual, without prior written approval;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 68phjoy staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 68phjoy platform — including but not limited to the 68phjoy brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, software code, game content provided under licence, written content, and promotional materials — is the property of 68phjoy or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 68phjoy. Any unauthorised use of 68phjoy's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68phjoy shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond 68phjoy's reasonable control;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank;
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from factors outside 68phjoy's direct control;
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 68phjoy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law. 68phjoy's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

68phjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the account;
• Determination by 68phjoy that the player is ineligible to hold an account under these Terms or applicable law;
• Player request for self-exclusion under 68phjoy's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 68phjoy account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the closure date.

11 Responsible Gaming

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 68phjoy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the 68phjoy support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as each may be amended from time to time.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 68phjoy platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 68phjoy support team. 68phjoy commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) banking business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial notification, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in the appropriate Regional Trial Court, or to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism as agreed between the parties in writing.
